Once a sleep consultation is performed there are two different sleep studies, also called a polysomnography, that Gwinnett Sleep offers to their patients. One occurs in the office and one occurs in the comfort of your home. The sleep studies are performed by applying small, metal disc electrodes to the head and skin with an adhesive. Breathing is measured by flexible, elastic belts positioned on the chest and abdomen. These typically take 6-8 hours with final reports within 5 business days.

Another service that Gwinnett Sleep offers is a CPAP Clinic. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea, abnormal breathing and other breathing disorders during sleep. The CPAP clinic provides a variety of services at our Lawrenceville and Duluth location.
